Find my Tester ID

Lost your Tester ID or reporter key? Enter the email address you applied to the beta with. If it belongs to an approved tester, we'll email a confirmation link that reveals your Tester ID and issues a new reporter key.

This form needs JavaScript. Without it nothing is submitted (and nothing you typed leaves this page). If you cannot enable JavaScript, email privacy@despy.app instead.

How it works

1. We email a single-use link to the address you enter. It expires after 60 minutes.

2. Opening the link shows a confirmation button. Nothing changes until you press it — if you didn't ask for recovery, just ignore the email.

3. Confirming reveals your Tester ID and a brand-new reporter key, shown once. Your previous key stops working at that moment.

For your privacy we don't reveal — to anyone — whether an address belongs to a tester. Only clicking the link in that mailbox can answer that.
