Report a Bug
Found something broken? Tell us about it. You can report completely anonymously — an email address is optional and only used if you'd like updates on your report.
Approved beta tester?
The DeSpy app files bug reports for you under your anonymous Tester ID (like Tester-7F3AK) using the private reporter key from your approval email — we can verify a report came from a real tester without ever showing who you are.
Lost your reporter key? Use the self-service Find my Tester ID page — we email a single-use link to your application address that reveals your Tester ID and issues a fresh key.
Privacy notice — bug reports
Anonymous by default. No account, no name, no email required. We never store your IP address — abuse-prevention records keep only a salted one-way hash plus your browser's user-agent string (capped, kept solely for abuse prevention). Both are deleted along with your contact details if you use the removal form.
If you include an email, it is stored encrypted, used only to follow up on this report, never for marketing, and removed via the data removal form or privacy@despy.app.
Report contents (title and details) are kept to fix the issue and may be retained after resolution. Please don't include personal data in them.
